Property Management

DAR provides property management and property accounting services for DAR sponsored investment properties and on a third party basis for external owners. DAR currently manages over 20 properties throughout Connecticut and New Jersey. DAR has a dedicated full-time property management team, who directly oversees the day-to- day operations of each property. First and foremost, DAR is focused on tenant satisfaction at all DAR managed properties. Our dedicated in-house team results in quicker resolution times, satisfied tenants, and lower operating expenses for our tenants and property management clients.
