 |  | Sharon Maddern serves as Senior Vice President in charge of Leasing and Sales for DAR following a fifteen year stint in consumer products corporate sales. As an independent sales executive in the retail industry she has extensive knowledge involving the many facets of retail operations and works to attain the optimal outcome for each client. Sharon is responsible for leasing the David Adam Realty portfolio of properties, including Avon Marketplace, Tice's Corner, Main Street Westport, and SoNo Square. In addition to the leasing, Sharon also handles outside tenant and landlord representation, and is involved in corporate office leasing activity. Recent completed transactions include tenants BCBG Max Azria, Patagonia, life is good, Plaza Two Shoes, Design Within Reach, Jacadi, Maggie Moos and Soup Alley. When not working in her fulltime career, Sharon keeps quite busy as the mother of two boys. She also enjoys skiing, tennis and sailing whenever time allows.
