 |  | Raquel was originally trained in interior design and has extensive experience in commercial facilities management, construction project management, corporate move coordination, and Auto CAD. In 2002, after the birth of her daughter, Raquel decided to change careers and tap into her sales abilities and her long-standing interest in the real estate market. In July of that year, Raquel joined David Adam Realty and took on the oversight and management of all of the properties in the company's portfolio. It was soon discovered that her previous training in corporate and retail space planning and coordination, coupled with her experience working with contractors, made Raquel a natural fit. She now handles coordination with all contractors and ably serves as a point of contact for tenant concerns and questions. Raquel attended Ursaline College in Pepperpike, OH, where she received her bachelor's degree in Interior Design. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
