COMPLETED LEASE DEALS -- 2012
03.2012: Sharon Maddern of DAR represented the owner of 90 Post Road East in the lease of 2,450 SF of second floor office space to Bluecrest Capital Management. David Richman of Rakow Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
03.2012: The Town Hall leased 2,000 SF of space at 90 Post Road East, Westport for a new restaurant. Sharon Maddern of DAR represented the Landlord, Old Westport Town Hall LLC, and Franco Fellah of HK Group represented the tenant.
03.2012: 8 Church Lane, Westport, former location of Manolo restaurant, was leased to Pink Sumo, a Japanese restaurant. DAR represented the Landlord, 87 Post Road East Associates LLC, and Deborah Foehr of Starr Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
03.2012: Sean Grathwohl of DAR represented Innovation Luggage in the subleasing of 1,600 SF of retail space at 86 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT. James Ritman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the Sublandlord, Design Within Reach. Innovation Luggage is relocating from East Putnam Avenue and is slated to open at their new location on April 1st.
02.2012: David Adam Realty brokered the sale of 62 Post Road West, Westport, an office condominium. David Waldman and Sean Grathwohl represented both the seller, Stephen Habetz, and the buyer, Cygnus LLC, in this transaction. The sale price was $743,000.
01.2012: Sharon Maddern of David Adam Realty and Lewis Meriwether of John D. Hastings brokered the sale of 143 Post Road East in Westport, a 2,516 SF restaurant building with an apartment on the second floor. Sharon Maddern represented the buyer, Westport Pizzeria Too LLC, and Lewis Meriwether represented the seller, 143 Post Road East LLC. The sale price was $812,500.
